MAX

Exercise that combines cardio and strength blasts into a high intensity interval training workout.
Suitable for advanced jumpers or athlete level.

Dance

So you think you can’t dance?
Let’s try dancing while exercise. It’s more exhausted but FUN than you think.

Movement

A jumping based class combining cardio and core fitness for a whole body workout!
Develop core strength and balance through a series of low-impact, challenging exercises that focus on strength over aerobic activity. Suitable for beginners and all ages.

Lower Strength

High-intensity workout targeted at toning your butt and thighs with body weight exercises to shape and achieve a stronger lower body.

Big Bag + Wall run

This class helps you practice skills for Big Bag and Wall run.
This includes techniques such as Back drop. You will be surprised that gravity
can’t hold you down anymore.
