REBOUND EXERCISE PROGRAMS FOR ATHLETIC FITNESS

BOUNCE Fit is a multi-level class consisting of low-impact cardio and toning exercises that is suitable for beginner to advanced jumpers.

Each 60 minute class will strengthen your core, improve all-over muscle tone and lift your heart rate. Most of all, it makes you smile, laugh and experience airborne fun supercharged with all the benefits of rebound exercise!

You’ll burn an incredible amount of calories as well as having fun on the trampoline, which improves cardiovascular system, reduces joint injuries and tone muscles.

  • Endurance! The more you join the classes, the better your cardiovascular functions. You can work out longer without getting tired as easily.

  • A low-impact activity, bouncing on the trampoline generates less shock from the rebound than jumping on a hardwood floor. It reduces the risk of injury to joints and promotes joint strengthening.
