BOUNCE FIT classes offer a structured exercise regime of 60 minutes that’s supercharged with all the benefits of free jumping. These are high intensity low-impact cardio workouts that blast your core, improve all-over muscle tone and lift your heart rate.
The opposite of a gruelling ordeal, our classes are all about high spirits and awesome soundtracks. Most of all, it makes you smile, laugh and is great FUN! Just don’t forget your towel, water and trainers. Limited capacity in each class.

HEALTH BENEFITS OF BOUNCE FIT
For those of you that didn’t already know, 10 minutes on a trampoline is a better cardiovascular workout than 30 minutes of running and that’s according to a study carried out by Nasa. Not only is it great for keeping your heart in great shape and burning calories, it can also help to reduce the risk of bone conditions, as the trampoline bed absorbs the majority of the impact, so the bones and joints are protected whilst exercising, improve posture and general muscle health & core strength and it is also great for mental health to as it releases endorphins which can help to make you feel great and combat stress and anxiety.

Absolutely not. Your BounceFit instructor will help you learn basic jumping skills and have the ability to tailor sessions to suit all abilities.
Physical exercise is super fun, but may increase the chance of injury. If you don’t regularly participate in an active exercise program, we recommend you get a physical from your GP before you bounce, to ensure you are ready for action.
